Tony Cooper is the President, General Manager and Director of Services at Aurora Polaris Group. As a proud Atlanta native, Tony has held local and regional management positions at The Hertz Corporation and Horizon Services Group. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of West Georgia, Richards College of Business. As a manager and consultant, he brings over 20 years of forward facing customer service experience in both retail and fleet maintenance. Tony has also provided manufacturing consulting in maintenance and repair operations (MRO), where he reduce production line downtime to improve manufacturing efficiency and created new revenue opportunities with the implementation of recycling and repurposing programs. As an active supporter of community programs, he has also held leadership positions as president and vice president of local athletic and mentoring organizations, with recognition from the Cobb County Department of Recreation, as a 2004 Volunteer of the Year award recipient.
Donna Davis Cooper is the Vice President and Director of Technology at Aurora Polaris Group. With a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, she brings a broad spectrum of experience and capabilities to Aurora Polaris Group. Donna's career has included leadership in Systems Analysis and Design, multi industry project management and large systems implementations. Along with extensive Fortune 100 Information Technology experience, Donna spent over a decade in accounting and portfolio management which enables a keen eye for identifying key business metrics and attaining related performance targets. As a small business consultant, Donna has been instrumental in launching several small enterprises, from business entity formation to image/brand development and strategic planning consulting. Donna is also a passionate community servant, working on Habitat for Humanity projects and participating in a professional partnership at M. Agnes Jones Elementary school in Atlanta, Georgia, providing tutoring for enhanced student learning .
